1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team verifies and packs it within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

2. Delivery Time & Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan:

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days.
• Other cities & towns: 3–6 business days.
• Remote areas: delivery may take slightly longer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

Delivery is free across Pakistan on orders over Rs. 5,000. For orders of Rs. 5,000 or less, any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use it to follow your parcel's journey in real time. If you haven't received tracking details within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide, so you can check your order first, then pay. Prefer to pay online? Enjoy 2.5% off when you pay via bank transfer. Please keep the exact amount ready for a smooth handover.

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to reach you, they will typically attempt delivery 1–2 more times. Please ensure your phone is reachable. Repeated failed attempts or refusal at the door may result in the order being returned to us. Occasional delays due to weather, strikes, or courier backlog are beyond our control.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect details. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours so we can update it before dispatch.

8. International Shipping

At the moment, we ship within Pakistan only. We're working on expanding internationally — follow us on social media to be the first to know when we go global.
