As soon as your order ships, we'll send a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use it to follow your parcel's journey in real time. If you haven't received tracking details within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us.

We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide, so you can check your order first, then pay. Prefer to pay online? Enjoy 2.5% off when you pay via bank transfer. Please keep the exact amount ready for a smooth handover.

If the courier is unable to reach you, they will typically attempt delivery 1–2 more times. Please ensure your phone is reachable. Repeated failed attempts or refusal at the door may result in the order being returned to us. Occasional delays due to weather, strikes, or courier backlog are beyond our control.
